Description:
- Lead and manage all sales activities regarding Industry Processing and Personal Care (IPC) industry in China;
- Be responsible for China sales strategy, initiate the sales plan and account plan for long-term and short-term with the clear milestone target as well as implementation within the team;
- Establish and maintain the good relation with customers and provide timely support to solve customer problem;
- Ensure the goals for revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy;
- Define the customer need and approach to key impacted person of the customer successfully;
- Handle the growth projects;
- Work closely with the marketing to promote products and provide the defined marketing information for existing and potential business;
- Coordinate with technical team to provide the professional and timely technical support to the customers;
- Support the innovation projects for China market;
- Handle account receivables and make sure the overdue controlled in the acceptable level;
- Define and develop new sales opportunities both on existing and potential big accounts;
- Prospect for the new / expanded business in China;
- Manage the sales team effectively;
- Use CRM system to manage the sales process as required;
Requirements:
- B.S. or above in applied chemistry, chemistry, textile, biology technology or other related education background;
- 8-10 years experience working as a sales with 3-4 years in leading a team;
- Experience in multinational companies will be a plus;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- A team player with demonstrated leadership ability;
- Demonstrated commercial abilities, including negotiation skills;
- Knowledgeable on customer management;
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail;
- Inquisitive, creative, decisive, entrepreneurial mindset.
