US Biotechnology Industry

• Tjerk de Ruiter,  Chief Executive Officer for Genencor, serves on the Industrial and Environmental governing board of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO).
• Jack Huttner, Vice President of Biorefinery Business Development, serves on the Industrial and Environmental governing board of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO).

EU Biotechnology Industry

• Jack Huttner, Vice President of Biorefinery Business Development, is a member of the EuropaBio board of directors and chairman of the Industrial Biotechnology Council. 
• Ana Maria Bravo-Angel, Senior Manager Communications and Public Affairs, is member of the Industry Steering committee of the SusChem Technology Platform as well as of the Steering Committee of the White Biotech Pillar.

European Union Member States

• Albert Van Loo, Managing Director of Genencor's Brugge manufacturing facility, is chairman of the industrial section of the Belgian Biotechnology Trade Association Bio.be and  a member of VOKA, the Flemish chamber of Commerce. He is also chairing a Flemish multistakeholder discussion group "Forum for Industrial Biotechnology and bio-energy", organized by Fedichem Flanders.
• Jouni Viljanen, Plant Manager of Genencor’s Jämsänkoski manufacturing facility, is a member of the board of directors for the Chemical Industry Federation of Finland.

US States

• Georg Anderl, Biorefinery Operations Director,  is president of the BIOWA Development Association that is charged with supporting and promoting the growth and development of Iowa's Bioeconomy. He is also a board member on the Bioscience Alliance of Iowa, and Priority One, both economic development organizations for the State and Eastern Iowa respectively.
• Michael V. Arbige, Senior Vice President of Technology, is a board member of Bay Bio and also serves on the Executive Board for that group
• Jack Huttner, Vice President President of Biorefinery Business Development, serves on the executive committee of the New York Biotechnology Association, the third largest biotech organization in the US.

Enzyme Industry

• Alice Caddow, Vice President of Regulatory and Environmental Affairs, is treasurer of the U.S. Enzyme Technical Association (ETA) and chair of its BioTech committee. Caddow also co-chairs the Regulatory AffairsCommittee of the Industrial and Environmental section of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). 
• Beth Concoby, Director of Environmental Affairs, is chair of the Safety and Communications committee of the ETA.
• Huub Scheres, Director of Regulatory Affairs, is the Vice President of the European Union’s Association of Manufacturers and Formulators of Enzyme Products (AMFEP). 
• Cees Broekhuizen, Manager of Regulatory Affairs, chairs the Technical Committee  of AMFEP.
