To gauge how effectively the Customer Relations group fulfills the needs of our customers, we conduct a worldwide customer satisfaction survey annually.
We use survey results to identify new ways to improve our product quality and delivery. For example, we recently increased the size of our big bags for 1,000 kg products to improve convenience for customers and safety for operators.

Our local manufacturing sites also use a multi-faceted supply chain survey program to ensure that we consistently receive best-quality materials that meet our product specifications and our customers’ requirements.
