Process TechnicianUSA, Iowa, Cedar Rapids
The Cedar Rapids manufacturing plant is expanding our production and we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in the position of Process Technician. In the Process Technician position, you will be responsible for equipment operation in one of our 4 production areas. You will be responsible for monitoring the equipment and production process to ensure we maximize our enzyme manufacturing. This will involve working with our process control system (Delta V), troubleshooting equipment and working with team members to optimize the process. The position involves working a rotating 12 hour shift, which requires working 2 weeks of day shift and then 2 weeks of night shift. With our shift schedule, you will work 7 of 14 days and every other weekend.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in the position of Process Technician. You will have the following skills:
You are a High School graduate with previous manufacturing experience or possess a 2-year advanced degree (science or technical field). Our benefit package becomes effective on the first day of employment. This includes medical, dental, vision, a matched 401k, vacation, holiday, pension and every employee is eligible to participate in our bonus plan. Our starting salary is $16.80 per hour. Candidates will need to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
